So 30 minutes ok I'll eat lunch not ten minutes later get in store txt or risk loosing spot. Stopped eating went to store billboard said 11min 15 minutes later still setting there with cold lunch. So just say next time we don't know when we will get 2 you. 2nd time I've tried to get a haircut with you...never got one not trying again

I've been going to this store since 2019. They always cut my hair great 5/5! On August 16th I signed up online to go in and get a haircut. I come from Norwalk iowa so its around a 20 minute drive to get there. The online service sent me text messages saying my stylist was ready at 4:14pm and I got there around two minutes after that. I was at the top of the board inside however at 4:18 it took me off. I went to talk to one of the stylists who usually give me great service but this time was very different. I told her that the board took me off (this has happened before but they helped me and got me in) and that I would just like to be placed with a stylist. She told me that the board will take me off if I do not sign in quick enough and that she "does not control the board." She then went on to state that I could sign back in and that they had 3 stylists on it would be "quick." I signed back in and it put me 4th or 5th on the board with a wait time of around 40 minutes. When the stylists came back up (instead of helping me like other stylists had done in the past) she called other people who were originally behind me. This was just very frustrating. Usually people here are very helpful especially when it comes to the online check-in problems. I understand the stylists do not control the board and it is not necessarily their fault however I can't control it either so some type of help would've been appreciated.

They don?t care about schedules and time. I checked in online on 07/13/21 for 11:17, got there on time, but ?masters? were doing haircuts to somebody else. After 20 minutes of waiting I left for meeting without hair cut. Nobody talked to me, nobody apologised.
